Dreamcatchers Empowerment Network (DEN) is excited to announce that we received excellent results from our 2024 Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) Survey and have been accredited for another 3 years!  The survey started on April 3, 2024, and the surveyors exited on April 5, 2024.  This CARF survey was the best that Dreamcatchers has received in our 23-year history!  We received no recommendations in all categories!  This accomplishment is achieved by only approximately 3 percent of all CARF surveys. This is an incredible accomplishment for the entire Dreamcatchers staff and organization!

Dreamcatchers received many strengths and compliments on our services, as well as in in our administrative areas, leadership and board activities including:

• Development of assessment and documentation tools to better support the needs of our clients.
• Staff does an excellent job working with clients to identify their strengths, abilities, needs and preferences when developing their person-centered plan.

• Our Board of Directors brings valuable skills and experience and is very supportive of the organization.
• DEN is seen as an inclusive and welcoming organization by our staff, clients and stakeholders.
