On October 13th, in honor of National Disability Employment Awareness Month, Dreamcatchers Empowerment Network celebrated the success of their clients as they recognized those who have been hired during the past year.

The Dreamcatchers’ annual Client Success Recognition Event was held at the Hilton Garden Inn in Fairfield and was a huge success with clients, families, employers, along with state and county officials attending. The day was filled with wonderful stories of perseverance and inspiration from their clients as they shared how Dreamcatchers and finding employment has changed their lives. There was not a dry eye in the house as family members shared how being employed has changed their loved ones’ lives. Here are a few examples of what their clients shared about Dreamcatchers:

“Dreamcatchers gave people like me, with disabilities, to believe in themselves and become productive in their individual life. I have been assigned to different job networks, but Dreamcatchers is the best that made me trust myself to get back to work.”
